Servini Solution reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension, or discontinuation.
These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Tunisian law, particularly under the provisions of Law No. 2004-63 dated July 27, 2004, on the Protection of Personal Data. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sousse 2.
